Shaping Power Platform’s User-Centric Design Landscape.
First, I led a cross-functional design team with a specialized emphasis on shaping user experiences for Power Apps within Microsoft’s Cloud + AI portfolio. My scope was later expanded to include leading the entire Power Platform Design Studio, a diverse team spanning UX and visual design, content creation, UX research, and experience analysis. Directed efforts towards crafting user-friendly, low-code/no-code solutions and integrating machine learning and AI functionalities, ensuring accessibility and empowerment for citizen application creators.
