Product Design Studio leadership for enterprise cloud solutions.
I led the studio responsible for building and launching to market the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, an enterprise cloud solution which provides trusted capabilities that make it easier to improve the entire healthcare experience.
The delivered solution provides a personalized patient and member experiences and protects privacy at every point of care; simplified workflows to connect people and support teamwork while optimizing time with patients and reducing administrative burden. Our goal was also to deliver an experience that enables faster documentation with accurate, responsive dictation and virtual assistant capabilities and enables medical professionals to take action with prioritized patient data to realize savings and achieve better outcomes.
User experience design and research for the healthcare industry
From industry research to customer and end-user research to design systems, industry specific ux patterns and ideation, we used every tool we had as we set out to design a solution that met the immediate needs of the pandemic, and the long term needs of healthcare organizations of tomorrow.

One of the most complex problems we had to solve was how to enable a seamless and fast configuration and deployment experience. Based on research and user data, we identified the appropriate wizard patterns that provided the right balance between assistance and controls.
Microsoft Vaccination Management cloud solution. UX Design with purpose.
An unexpected but very time sensitive project was the Microsoft Vaccination Management solution. This cloud solution is made of a number of applications, spanning mobile, web and desktop which work together to efficiently and safely deliver vaccines to those who needed it most.
